What is a sterile brick filling machine

The role of aseptic brick filling machine is to package sterilized food (dairy products, etc.) in a sterile environment, closed in a sterilized container, in order to get a long shelf life without preservatives, without refrigeration conditions.  

Specifically, aseptic plastic bag filling machine must meet the following requirements:  

1. The packaging containers and sealing methods used must be suitable for aseptic filling, and the synthetic containers must be resistant to microbial penetration during storage and distribution. At the same time, the packaging container should have the physical characteristics to prevent chemical changes in the product.  

2. The surface of the container in contact with the product must be sterilized before filling, and the effect of sterilization is related to the contamination degree of the container surface before sterilization.  

3. During the filling process, the product shall not be contaminated by external conditions such as any equipment components or the surrounding environment.  

4. Sealing must be carried out in the sterilized area to prevent microbial contamination.
